Dr Ng is a consultant psychiatrist and Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP). She has worked in both public and private mental health settings in Southeast Queensland. Her training has encompassed a range of areas including adult psychiatry, older persons psychiatry, mental health rehabilitation and hospital consultation-liaison psychiatry.

At Neurosciences Queensland, Dr Ng conducts rTMS in conjunction with the Queensland Neurostimulation Centre.  In addition to this, she focuses on consultation-liaison psychiatry, with a special interest in Neuropsychiatry and mental health in the perinatal period.
